“Noisy”

“Ambiente un po' datato ma in buono stato. Non c'è frigorifero in camera. Ubicazione: comoda, all' uscita autostrada . Servizio check-in veloce. No colazione. Prezzo: alti o X quanto dato”

“Room was filthy, staff rude, no breakfast, despite it being advertised on the sign outside. I will not go there again!”

“This property is a great value for the location and free parking! Clean, safe, comfy, and walkable to the capitol and other sites. Terrific location right at Last Chance Gulch! Though old and dated the value is excellent!!!”

“It was ok for what I needed. Stupid that you do not have soap for the sink in the wash basin in the bathroom. Step in shower is dangerous and Slippery. Need a mat to stand on in the shower. It’s a law suit getting ready to happen.”

“Smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag over it. Front door to hotel was out of order. A large, white stain on the carpet in our room. In desperate need of updating. Lights on outside of elevator didnt work, so we weren't sure if it was working or not, turns out was.”

“I got upgraded to a king suite and it was a bit worn down, but it was huge. It had a whole separate kitchen with a big dining table, stove, oven, and full sized fridge. Very pleased!”

“Room smelled horrible, entire window metal frame was broken as if it had been broken into before, bathroom mirror was missing but the bolts were all there? Multiple holes in the room were covered with grout, bed sheets were stained. Front desk didn’t even bother to change me from rooms or even suggested a refund.”

“the only good thing is bed. But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”

“The smoke alarm was malfunctioning in our room and woke us up numerous times. We were on a 33 hr road trip and we're trying to get 6 hrs of sleep, we got absolutely none. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it. Staff admitted it was supposed to have been fixed that day but repair person didn't show. Why would you put guests into that room then?”
